Since it increases energy you will likely not feel as much pain as you did previously. Be sure that your vitamins and pills are all caffeine free. Over consumption of this drug can result in heart problems later on. Fatigue and irritability go along with caffeine dependence as well, which also increases the risk of other health problems.

Tips For Controlling Caffeine Headaches

-If you are addicted to it, wean yourself off slowly. Suddenly stopping can cause more harm.
-Start drinking caffeine free products. They taste the same as the other types.
-Be careful with chocolate. All chocolate products are caffeinated.
-Try not to use products and pills containing extra caffeine. The milligrams add up quickly!
-Get plenty of rest and stop drinking caffeine containing drinks early in the day.

Both types are easy to control and manage, you just need a little willpower and perhaps some pain relievers. There are many other ways to boost your energy levels throughout the day without taking a drug to stimulate that energy. Avoid energy drinks or too much coffee as these encourage caffeine addiction and headaches. Remember, it is a drug and should not be consumed in high amounts. Too much can be fatal.
